Year 2-Week 4- What I will to Be!

We began the daily practice this week of the Law of Giving and Receiving.  I get to perform this practice many times a day since there are many people where I work.  So I get to experience giving ‘without expectation of reciprocity’. This practice so fills my Image result for what i will to beheart with joy and love.  I was so pumped up this week from the feeling of giving, that I could feel when someone needed help.  Yesterday I was able to give a kindness that was quite a feat to accomplish.  But my angels were with me and every traffic light and every detail fell into place with ease and grace.

Did you know that our brain circuitry is wired such that we are actually addicted to certain feelings and thoughts that makes us need to get a fix to keep those feelings and thoughts in Image result for what the bleep do we knowplace even though we know they are unhealthy. Over the last 11 days, I have been doing a healing journal to try to get a handle on my uncontrollable sugar cravings. So far, I have not had any sugar.  I know I am not out of the woods but it feels good to understand how my brain works and hopefully I can have an impact to change it.

You can see the entire docudrama “What the Bleep Do We Know” right here:

Master Key Lesson 4.9: “……One of the strongest affirmations which you can use for the purpose of strengthening the will and realizing your power to accomplish, is, “I can be what I will to be.”

This week we started the new practice of affirming “I can be what I will to be” 20 times per day.   All of the practices that are contained in the Master Key Experience are designed to strengthen the will, and so far these practices include creating and reading our definite major purpose three times a day out loud with enthusiasm, reading the Greatest Salesman in the World three times a day, reading the week’s Master Key lesson daily and doing the SIT as instructed, reading the Blueprint Builder out loud every day (you can find this in Think and Grow Rich-Napoleon Hill).

Great post, Jeanne! I noticed not only that you referenced the “I can…” affirmation from the lesson, but you also included the subsequent “I will…” affirmation in the graphic!

I’m looking forward to the day when I can say “I am what I will to be.”

Keep up the good work.

I too gain tremendous benefit from exercising and implementing the act of giving. I practice smiling at everyone I encounter. As a result I seem to feel happier and I know I respond to others with a more positive attitude. Your healing journal is intriguing to me. I would like to know more about it. Have a great day and thanks for sharing.
