Week 4 – Master Key Experience – You can be what you WILL to be!
The week started for me realizing that I will have to write a new Definite Major Purpose (DMP) the rate the items on my list are manifesting. Two events happened Monday morning. I was invited to be part of a research team for a grant that was being funded. This is the answer to one of my dreams to work part-time from home after I retire at end of next year!! The other event speaks to a quote from the Greatest Salesman, “When I perform it often it becomes a habit and I become its slave and since it is a good habit this is my will”. I am now slave to a new habit of walking 10k steps a day from previously hovering around 5-6K for several weeks. I had no idea on Monday morning how I was going to accomplish this. But the simple answer was waiting for me in an email on how to accomplish 10K steps daily. As of this moment I have accomplished five days of 10,000 steps!!
Did you know that our brain circuitry is wired such that we are actually addicted to certain feelings and thoughts that makes us need to get a fix to keep those feelings and thoughts in place even though we know they are unhealthy. I’ve been very intrigued by this information but it is difficult to take responsibility knowing that I could change my behavior. But this week I actually noticed it happening to myself by observing myself. This information is discussed in the docudrama “What the Bleep Do We Know”.

These two Master Key Lessons this week listed below blew my socks off. It explains simply how to change or replace thoughts and feelings if you want to have a successful life.
Master Key Lesson 4.26: Thought is a mode of motion and is carried by the law of vibration the same as light or electricity. It is given vitality by the emotions through the law of love; it takes form and expression by the law of growth; it is a product of the spiritual “I”, hence its Divine, spiritual, and creative nature. Master Key Lesson 4:27: From this it is evident that in order to express power, abundance or any other constructive purpose, the emotions must be called upon to give feeling to the thought so that it will take form. How may this purpose be accomplished? This is the vital point; how may we develop the faith, the courage, the feeling, which will result in accomplishment?
One practice we do three times a day is to repeat “Do it now” 25 times twice a day. I have noticed that it is replacing my addictive thoughts, ‘who cares’, ‘what does it matter’ and ‘what’s the use’. I see myself doing chores, following through on commitments even when ‘I don’t want to’ which that thought alone is about commonly used by a 2 year old.
Engaging in the Law of Giving and Receiving which we started working with this week, I discovered that giving is fun. I discovered that I would feel insulted if a person didn’t return the hello or smile but ‘giving without expectation of reciprocity’ allows me to keep flowing. And what is showing up is people give to me before I can give to them. I feel very connected like a spiritual partnership.
